§ 14-49. Notice to abate—Issuance.

When a nuisance is found to exist within the city, a municipal civil infraction may be issued. In addition or in the alternative, the city mayor or his designee may supply a notice to abate to the owner or occupant of the property upon which the nuisance exists or upon the person causing or maintaining the nuisance.
