§ 14-148. Nuisance.

Any outdoor wood-fired boiler installed or constructed in violation of this article is declared to be a nuisance per se. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to bar, limit or otherwise affect the rights of any person to take private legal action regarding a nuisance caused by the use of an outdoor wood-fired boiler.
