§ 20-284. Unauthorized persons in school building.

  • No person who is not a regularly enrolled student, teacher, parent or other employee, school supply salesman or any person engaged in legitimate school business or pursuits shall enter and remain in any school building, whether public, private or parochial, in the city for any reason whatever, unless such person has received written permission from the school principal or the principal's duly authorized representative to be in any such public, private or parochial school building.
