§ 22-21. Required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for a peddler, transient merchant, itinerant merchant, itinerant vendor, solicitor or canvasser to engage in such business within the limits of the city without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this article.

(b)

Any person violating this article shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
