§ 32-23. Adoption of off-road recreation vehicle statute.

Latest version.

(a)

Part 811 of Public Act No. 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.81101 et seq.) pertaining to off-road recreation vehicles, and all future amendments when they are adopted, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.

(b)

References in such statute to "local authorities" shall mean the city.
