§ 3.17. Planning and Zoning.

The Council shall maintain a City Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with and having the powers and duties granted by the provisions of State statute relating to such commissions. The Council shall maintain a zoning ordinance in accordance with the provisions of State statute[s] relating to such ordinances.
